Positions Available:

👩‍💻 RPA Developers:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze & design process workflows to translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage and maintain Robotic Process Automation (RPA) environments and frameworks with RPA technologies, e.g. UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere etc.
• Assist clients and PM in constructing business scenarios and use cases for RPA adoption opportunities across organization.
• Work with clients to ensure maintenance of project documents and effective knowledge transfer.

💻 Software Engineers:

• Design and develop software solutions based on architectural designs & business requirements
• Develop fullstack application using Spring Boot Java & React
• Contribute to the development of precise and efficient enterprise-level application programs
• Troubleshoot issues and perform changes for swift resolution
• Coding with best practices — Unit Tests and Documentations
• Collaborate with team members where your unique insights and contributions shape the direction and success of each project

📊 Business Analysts:

• Assist clients to build business cases and identify opportunities for process improvements (use cases, specifications, diagrams)
• Understand customer challenges and business goals through workshops, key discussions and conversations.
• Identify business process improvement opportunities to evaluate feasibility of automation with the project team.
• Work closely with technical team to define & design intelligent process automation systems.
• Participate in training to enhance automation skills and stay updated with best practices.
